Due to the nature of our digital products, we would like to clarify our approved return and exchange policy: digital products (electronic invitations – digital designs): All products sold through the store are digital products sent electronically via email, WhatsApp, or any other electronic means. No digital product can be returned or exchanged after it has been sent to the customer, because it can be saved or copied immediately upon receipt. Please ensure the order details (names, dates, colors, texts...) before confirming the purchase. In case of an error on our part: If there is an error in the design caused by our team (such as a typo, a design different from the requested), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the file, and we will modify it without any additional charges. Modifications after delivery: Only one modification is allowed after the design is delivered, provided that the modification is within the scope of the agreed design and not a new idea. Any additional modifications or changes in content after the first delivery and modification are considered an extra service, and fees may be charged depending on the type of modification. Order cancellation: There is no refund after the order is confirmed, so please ensure the seriousness of the order and the required details.
